These terms apply only to original VocaLume material whose copyright is owned by Clark, distributed with these terms. Third-party code, models, libraries, artwork, recordings and trademarks remain subject to their respective licenses and owners. In mixed files these terms cover only Clark-owned contributions. Retained MIT and other upstream permissions are not restricted by this license. This license does not revoke permissions previously granted for earlier copies or releases. User inputs and translation outputs are not claimed under this license.

2. Permission
You may use, study, copy, modify and redistribute the covered material free of charge for noncommercial purposes, provided you comply with these terms. Commercial use, resale, paid redistribution, paid services incorporating the covered material and commercial derivative products require prior written permission from Clark. Merely viewing the public repository does not grant additional rights. This is a source-available noncommercial license, not an OSI-approved open-source license.
